Return Process
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Initiate a Return

Return with Shipping Costs: Send the product at your own expense to the provided address. Ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will pay for the return shipping.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and reason. We will process the refund accordingly. If you have damaged the item through your own fault, we cannot provide a refund for it. Similarly, we cannot provide a refund if you have sent us the wrong item.
Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Package

If your order arrived damaged or you received an incorrect order, please document the problem and include it in the email.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If so, you will be refunded within 7 days to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The specific costs should depend on the express shipping company you have chosen.
If the received goods are damaged or are not the correct products, that is our responsibility and the customer is not required to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
