Delivery Details

If you place your order by 2:00 pm MDT, we will start processing it the same day.

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)

Shipping Time: 4-7 days (Mon-Sat)

Shipping Costs

We cover shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity.

Delivery Country

We currently only deliver to United States.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have registered your order in our system and started processing it.

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking code via email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

Cancellations

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before we begin processing your order. Please email us as soon as possible at info@hike-specialist.com. If the order is already being processed, you will need to wait for it to reach you and send it back to us.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please do not panic. Allow for up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Package

If you notice that a package has been damaged in transit, please refuse the package if possible and contact our customer service at info@hike-specialist.com. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service to discuss the next steps. If your order arrived damaged or you received an incorrect order, please document the problem and include it in the email with your order number.
